What are the payment methods?

• Pay with Visa and Mastercard cards through Paypal.

 
Why should I buy through Paypal?

• Paypal is a payment method that provides greater security because your financial information is kept private. In addition, your purchase will be protected; that is, if you do not receive your order, Paypal will give you a full refund of the price of the covered item.

SHIPPING

Which courier company delivers my order?

• Our shipments are made through FedEx. As soon as we deliver the order to the courier company, the tracking number will be activated and you will be able to track your order on the courier company's website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• The estimated delivery time we give to our local customers is between 3 and 5 days, internaltional shipments could take about 5 and 7 days.
• Remember that to check in detail the delivery time and the location of your order, you can track it with your tracking number on the parcel's website.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

• The shipment is totally free.

 

PURCHASING

What is the process I must follow to make a purchase?

• The first thing you must do is to register and fill in the requested information;
• Add the product you wish to purchase to the shopping cart;
• Select the shopping cart located on the upper right side of your screen or on your smartphone and click on the option "Enter your shipping information"; in this section you must check that your information is correct;
•  Subsequently, select the option "Paypal Payment"; for this you must create a Paypal account where you will enter the data of the card with which you want to pay;
• Read and select the section "Terms and conditions" and click on "Proceed to payment", here will open the paypal page in which you must select the card you want to pay and finalize your purchase.
• You will receive in your email the details of your purchase; now you just have to wait for your product to arrive.
